RIP

October 12, 1935 – September 6, 2007

Really... what is there to be said about the loss of such a gifted man. Truly a voice that has moved millions and has brought so many to appreciate opera. A voice that can make me cry, laugh, and without exception bring me goosebumps.

I got to see him once. It may have been in a giant basketball arena from the nosebleed section, but I wouldn't have traded it for anything.

RIP, Luciano. And thanks.
